This achievement is to stun 20 enemy gods with your axes as Ullr.
You need to use Ullr's first ability, axe throw, while he is in his axe stance. His ultimate changes his stance from axe to bow, so if you have a bow out use your ultimate and you will switch to axes. After using axe throw you can switch to your bow stance and use skills which will reduce the cooldown of axe throw.
