"As Freya, banish 3 or more gods with a single use of Banished"

Says it all. Banish will knock up in the air enemy gods, rending them untargetable. You need to get three at the same time.

I did this three times in one game on someone elses account but can't seem to get it on my own

did this in arena, only banished 2 people though and got it, could be a bug in the game or im just blind and actually got 3, worth checking just in case. gonna get on another account and see.
