Bees is the passive of the hunter Ah Muzen Cab.

To disarm an opponent using the passive you must

Step One - infect the target with Bees. This can be done either by using his second ability 'Swarm' or his third ability 'Honey'. For 'Honey' to apply bees the victim must be in range of a hive.

Step Two - as per AMC's passive, the duration of the bee infection is lengthened by one second for every basic attack the opponent is hit by. To be disarmed the opponent must be infected for four seconds. So once you've infected an opponent, you must keep basic attacking them until they are infected for at least four seconds total to proc the disarm.

TLDR - Infect with Bees using Swarm or Honey. Basic attack opponent until they are infected for four seconds.

Thought it would be a hard one, but got it really easily.
Spam you're "hives" a little bit so it covers a good portion of the map where you will fight. Then when a team fight engage, just throw some "honey". Bees will then swarm on the enemies infecting them. Then you can throw some more bees in (with you're other spell "Swarm") to apply a second bee debuff timer.
You should be able to get this only with you're spells if you timed them right, but you can also auto attack enemies so the timer gets a +1 second with each auto attacks.

The bees need to infect an enemy for four second in order to get this.

So this achievement doesn't required to actually kill a god.
