The actual description for the award/achievement is as follows:
Hel's second ability ( or 2) when in light stance is a circular ability that can be cast in a range going out from Hel. When cast it automatically removes CC (crowd control) as well as any other affliction from the allied god.

Arena will most likely be your best bet for snagging this achievement as most times someone on the enemy team will have a stun that can be utilized to help break your teammate out of.

What I did was wait for my teammates to be stunned (Isis spirit ball in my case) and then as soon as they got hit I cleansed them. The achievement unlocked after the third time I cleansed the same ally from the stun. Another good way to snag this is to cleanse allies out of the stun following an Ares' ultimate. At the end of Ares pulling people with his chains, allies will be trapped in a stunned form briefly--a form that Hel can utilize to cleanse out of.
