As Shiva, heal allies twice and deal damage to enemy gods twice in a single use of Shiva Tandava.

Shiva Tandava is Shiva’s ultimate ability. Upon firing, Shiva will begin to dance and channels an ability for the next 6 seconds.
Every 1.5 seconds, he performs a step in the dance (which you can select), leading to a total of 4 steps.
The first step type heals and restores the mana of all allies in the area of his ult. The second step type damage allies and heals enemies in the same beat, the third step type damages enemies and reduces shields.

For this achievement, you’ll want to use step 2 for each beat.
Arena is like best for this as allies and enemies group up so much.
During a team fight, use your ult and begin you dance. Line up the step 2 style for each of the four uses. Then aim to damage two enemies and heal two allies during your ult.
It doesn’t have to be in the same step, so you could heal an ally in step 1, damage an enemy and heal an ally in step 2, then damage an enemy in step 3 or 4 and this will unlock.
