"As Izanami, kill an enemy God while at or below 25% Health."
Should come naturally if you play enough Izanami, but if trying to get as fast as possible, your best bet is Arena, where K/D ratios per minute are the highest of all matches, and enemy gods tend to clump up. giving you opportunities to land killing blows.
(Note: This achievement, like all other achievements is SMITE, must be done in PvP matches. Co-op matches vs AI do not count.)
