Easy achievement to get if you have a decent teammates and you are dominating match. This achievement will unlock as soon as the match ends. You're team just have double count of kills in total than the enemy team. This must be done in public matches.
So basically if you're enemy team does have a total 5 god (player) kills, you're team must have 10 god kills or more at the end of the match and of course you're team must win that current match.
In the end this achievement does not require any luck at all, just decent teammates who can dominate and kill enemy players easily. Another easy way to get this is via boosting.

I did this yesterday and didn’t get an achievement. The score was 20-42 or something like that.

This will most likely happen eventually and naturally. At some point, you'll either play with friends or some people who know how to coordinate the game well and you'll manage to decimate them. If you're not a strong player, play defensively and avoid feeding the other team. This achievement can happen in any game mode.
