You will need to play as the god Kumbhakarna. You'll need to use his first ability "throw back" to kill an enemy god
You need to position yourself between a minion and a low health enemy god, using his first ability will make you run towards the minion. Kumba will stick out his stomach causing the minion to be launched toward the enemy god.
I recommend you wait until the enemy god has about one to two bars of health left before attempting this.
You can easily get this early in the game, if there is a team fight going on. Arena might be the easiest to get this accomplished

It's also good to get Soul Reaver.

Single lane game modes like assault and joust are also going to make this easier as everyone is forced into a smaller area
