This is very easy but the Ability isn't at all descriptive.
You need to use Sun Wukong's 72 Transformations ability. When activated you will transform into an eagle, tiger or ox but what they DON'T tell you is that it's based on your target reticule.
If your reticule is at its furthest you will become an eagle and at its closest you will become an ox and if you aim at about 30m you will turn into a tiger. There's a little leeway but 30 is what worked most often for me.
All you have to do is become a tiger and make contact with an enemy God within the 3 seconds it is active.
Upon contact the enemy will get stunned and you can retreat or attack.
The cooldown is about 15 seconds so you could easily get this in the first 10 minutes of a match if you bait the enemies to get infront of you while you run backwards

You can see which one you will turn into if you hold the button for the ability. Hold it and then move the reticle to where it needs to be before letting go.

Since it isn't actually listed, you need to stun an enemy 15 times with the ability in the same match to get this achievement.
