Use one of the following gods and drop heals for team mates when needed. You will get this quickly.

Using Rod of Asclepius will increase you healing by 15%

Healers in order of best to worst healers:
Hel (Area heal - Best for this)
Ra (area heal over time in a set location)
Chang'e (area heal focused on you)
Sylvanus (area heal focused on you over time)
Aphrodite (Single target heal but strong)
Cupid (3 hearts that heal)
Isis (Ult area heal but long recharge)

If you don't want to play one of the gods that have a built-in heal, you can get this achievement using any god and the active ability Salvation (Tier 3, Total cost 900 gold)- "Using this item gives the owner 45 MP5 for 60 seconds and heals the owner and his teammates mana by 35% of their maximum mana. This also heals the owner and his teammates for 15% of the owner's maximum health." I unlocked this while playing Neith.

Some notable gods and goddesses to play as are Aphrodite, Hel, Sylvanus, Cupid, Baron Samedi, and Ra. Each have very useful heals however I find that Hel, Aphrodite, and Ra have the strongest heals, with Hel having access to an area heal and a single target heal. An easy way to ensure the match lasts long enough and you have enough targets to heal is to play the arena game mode. Purchase the Rod of Asclepius as it gives a 15% healing boost as the first item, then move on to purchasing Soul Gem, which lets off a healing burst after hitting enemies with abilities. As long as you make sure to hit as many allies as possible with your AoE heal and your single target, then the achievement should pop relatively early into the game since you have so many allies to heal.
