As Chang'e, send Jade to buy 10 items in a single match.
Chang'e's passive is Jade Rabbit, which lets her access the store anywhere by sending Jade to fetch items. Buying ten items while outside your base unlocks the achievement.
If you prefer auto-buy off, simply buy each level of your equipped items. For instance, at the beginning of the game, send him to buy Shoes, then Magic Shoes, then whichever top tier item you had planned.
If auto-buy is on, you can always send him back for a cheap mana potion, immediately use it, then repeat.
Note: This will NOT work in Assault, as you cannot return to the store, even with Jade.

I did this with consumables in Arena. Bought the 300 shoes, 600 shoes and then 8 potions. Stood right outside the fountain to decrease the Jade's cycle time. Had it done before minions spawned.

I couldn't get this to work with autobiy, I was in a badly losing seige match when I got it, which I'll likely get reported for because of some child's anger problem

The quickest way to do this (even though it'll mess up your gold in that game a little):
Start up Arena (the best)/Joust/Etc... and walk out of the fountain.
Remember, everything has to be bought separately!
Buy:
1. 1st level boots
2. 2nd level boots
3-10. Health/Mana Potions (buy one, drink it, buy another)
The closer you are to spawn, the quicker Jade runs back to the fountain and buys. It should only take a minute or so.
Once Jade comes back with the 10th item, achievement unlocked!
