Joust is a 3v3 conquest off-shoot. There is a single lane in the center through which the majority of the battle takes place. There are jungle camps to either side of the main lane that contain buffs. You must simply complete 1 match of joust to unlock the achievement. See the video below for a brief tutorial on joust:

I wrote a few of the other solutions for the seven 2022-2023 glitched achievements, and am getting reports from people today those are fixed as well.
