I got this achievement using Hades. His Shroud of Darkness attack silences enemies in a cone in front of him so you can get multiple enemy gods per use of the ability if you time it well.

Disarms are performed by Bellona's 
(3) ability. A disarm stops an enemy god from using their basic attacks.
Silences are performed by Hades' 
(2) ability and by Nox's (3) ability. Thanatos' (3) ability is also a silence. A silence prevents enemy gods from casting abilities during the duration of the silence.
