How to unlock the Master At Arms achievement in SMITE - Definitive Guide
Achievement should be fixed now. At launch, it was glitched. If you met the requirement, it may not unlock right away.
To get it, you need to hit an enemy god with each of your weapon stances. Your ult is not needed. However, you do need to hit the enemy with your basic sword. You must do this first, before using the rest of your weapons. Time is a factor on this (wait too long and it won't count - you can't let your stance fall off).
So...
1. Hit the enemy with your basic sword.
2. Hit the enemy with hammer basic attack.
3. Hit the enemy with your shield basic attack.
4. Hit the enemy with your flail basic attack.
5. Kill enemy without stance falling off.
That's it. You don't need to hit with the actual abilities (though it doesn't hurt). Just make sure your weapon doesn't fall off (sword must be first).
P.S. Based on the description, this should work on any enemy so long as you get the killing blow. I didn't test against anything but Gods though.

Step 5 should be "Kill enemy" -- the achievement unlocks upon enemy death (at least, thats what some empirical testing is currently showing).

Well yeah that's what the achievement description says
I'll add it though.
I'll add it though.

Three of Bellona's abilities cause her to pull out a different weapon which have an instant effect and also change her fighting style (damage output) if she doesn't change stances or leave combat.
Her weapon stances are: (instant effect / weapon effect)
Normal/Default Stance: Basic attacks.
Shield Bash: Dashes & deals damage / reflects damage with stacks of block, only attacks 1 unit.
Bludgeon: AOE attack / hits any enemies in melee range.
Scourge: Disarms gods / extended range with basic attacks, every 3rd attack heals Bellona.
***You must engage the target God with your normal basic attack (default stance) before using your abilities/changing weapon stances because you cannot go back to your default stance without leaving combat first.***
Here's some helpful advice:
•Kill lots of stuff and try not to die. If you are alive and actively killing things, you will get more gold/items than waiting around for the situation to be "just right". If you spend too much time lingering in the back waiting for a time to pounce or roaming the jungle looking for a stray God, your enemies will get stronger than you in a very short time and your chances of getting this dwindle. Be patient with this achievement - play like you normally would but just keep an eye out for an opportunity to pull this off in a 1v1 situation.
•During most fights, your stance will be maintained without really trying. However, pay a little attention to the timer just to the left of your health/mana bar; don't let your stances fall off by leaving combat.
•Make sure to alternate your stances when necessary. I recommend starting with the Shield Bash so that you can use it as a possible escape sooner. Then get the Bludgeon out of the way. Use the Scourge attack last so that you can get the extended range for the final few kill shots and swing it for life while the other abilities are on cool down.
•It's a bit wasteful to use on just one God, but for the sake of securing a kill and getting this achievement - save your Ultimate to leap on an escaping enemy, making sure to get the target in the centre circle for a stun. Alternatively, if you need to get away quickly, use your Ultimate to escape... you'll have a much better chance of getting this achievement if you are alive to do it. This becomes less of an issue as you gain movement speed/lifesteal or if you utilize actives.
•I would suggest playing Conquest/Siege where you're able to have 1v1s more often and you'll be able to escape a bit easier. Since they are larger maps, it also decreases the chances of someone last hitting your enemy/stealing your kill.
Buy these items:
Ninja Tabi boots: Move faster and attack quicker.
Asi: More DPS, lifesteal & its amazing passive (more lifesteal).
Hastened Fatalis: Move/attack quicker & the amazing passive (attacking doesn't slow her down).
Jotunn's Wrath: More physical power & 25% cool down reduction to fire the abilities off quicker.
Aegis Pendant/Sprint/Meditation: Escapes. (Your Ult/Shield Bash works too.)
A few examples of my alternate attempts:
•I tried other builds that lacked the focus of attack speed/movement speed... they were hilariously unsuccessful; I wasn't really an easy target but generally speaking, I wasn't a threat.
•I worked on getting Jotunn's Wrath first (for the CDR to re-fire my abilities if needed). Since it's about 2400g, I spent a lot of early-game moving slow and attacking slow.
•I also tried buying a few tier 1 items instead of focusing on one at a time - again, I found I was too slow and weak. I spent a lot of time dying and not getting enough gold as a result.
I tried building Bellona different ways but this way seemed to work best in the average match as well as balanced out how I spent my gold and the bonuses I got from the items. This build takes about 15 to 20 minutes, at which point you can starting filling in the few blanks with what ever you feel works best for your current match. Personally, I finished with some Midgardian Mail (to keep attackers close) & a Devourer's Gauntlet (for more physical power and lifesteal). Then I stumbled into an Agni that didn't stand a chance and the achievement was mine. Likewise, I suggest you also aim for squishy Gods that lack good escapes. Lacking super-awesome-smite-talent, I noticed that I really couldn't dish out enough damage quick enough to the average God to really pull this off until level 12 or so, with at least 3 or 4 pieces of gear. However, you can probably get this as soon as the clock starts ticking - I'm just very terrible at killing stuff.
I hope my long-winded solution helped! :D

Gave a lot of great advice here. Thank you for this. I'm going to be trying it out with your build after I get off work tonight.

This is easily the most convoluted of the character specific achievements.
You need to hit a single enemy with a basic attack while in each stance.
By default you start in normal stance, with just a sword.
Then you have your 1; Shield Bash. In this stance you have a sword AND shield.
Next is your 2; Bludgeon. You get a giant hammer/mallet.
Lastly your 3 which is Scourge. You get a flail-whip.
Your ultimate/4 'Eagle's Rally' is NOT needed but it can help.
The ideal way to go about getting this is to focus a squishy or already weakened enemy.
Either run up to them and hit them with a basic or initiate with Eagle's Rally which is good for doing some damage and stuns them giving you the chance to hit them easily with your basic attack from your regular stance. After you've hit them with regular you'll want to pick any of the three other stances to hit your opponent with next. Continue to cycle through until you've hit them with all four stances and then kill them.
I was told you only have a small window of time to get in all hits and then the kill, so don't get distracted.
It is not required for you to hit the enemy with the actual abilities when you switch the stances but they can help (alternatively they can also work against you as you might kill your opponent before getting through all the stance). If any of your stances 'fall off' and go away, then you have to restart all over again, it will go away if you don't hit anything with basic attacks. That said I don't know if you can just keep cycling your abilities.
It doesn't matter how you kill the enemy just as you're the one that kills them after hitting them with all four stances.

The achievement description may be a little misleading, but I hope to illustrate how to earn this.
- Use a basic attack (regular, no abilities).
- Now use your ability and then use a basic attack.
- Use your ability and then use a basic attack.
- Use your ability and then use a basic attack.
- And for safe measure you can finish with your ultimate followed by a basic attack but it seems to not be necessary.
One major tip, ensure your target has enough health to sustain all of the attacks from Bellona which can deal significant damage.
