Use Artio's ultimate to switch to bear form, then he number 1 ability is Maul Prey. Simply use this to kill an enemy. It is a melee move has a fairly large area of effect so you can use it from a short distance away.

I recommend doing this in arena, level up Maul Prey twice at the start of the game, then continue to focus on that one until it is level 5, so it'll be maxed out early on, dealing 160 damage per swipe, then an extra 30% of you magical power.
You can build items to increase you magical power if necessary, such as Soul Reaver, Obsidian Shard and Rod of Tahuti. Also, other items that increase penetration are a good call, such as Spear of the Magus and Spear of Desolation.
