How to unlock the No Scope achievement in SMITE - Definitive Guide

To unlock this achievement you need to be playing as the God Janus.

You need to hit two enemies with his ultimate (4 or cn_Y) at 'max range'.

This is misleading, and I can't really tell you what max range is as Janus' ult can traverse entire maps.

I've included a video of where I earnt it. You can see I hit Raijin and then Chaac runs into it. To give you an idea of distance. They weren't hit at the same time.

The ability doesn't need to have more than one level point in it. Kills do not matter.

I just got a kill (shoot from the hip: because he was so far away) from fountain to fountain. Hopefully, try this in siege or conquest but a lot of luck involved. Nice video BTW.

I definitely agree with you about the max range being goofy. What I ended up doing was spamming it from my fountain in Arena towards the opposing team's fountain when it seemed most of the gods (the other team's as well as my team's) were in the vicinity.

The award description is to hit two or more enemies with Janus' Ultimate from "max range."

To clarify, "max range" just means at or over the distance you'd receive maximum damage, which is 800 range. Janus' ult increases in damage with how far away someone is when you hit them, but it is capped at 200% scaling at 800 range or over. Even across the Arena map is easily far enough to obtain this. If you are having trouble gauging what 800 range is, just look at the range of an ability you're very familiar with, then compare. For example, Janus' second ability, Unstable Vortex, has a range of 70, so this should give you an idea of how far 800 is.

I played Janus in Arena, and would return to fountain every time my ultimate was up, then fire it in the direction everyone was fighting. I think you will have a much easier time getting it in Arena or Clash than trying to nail two people from across the Conquest or Siege map. Assault is great as well since everyone is constantly fighting in a centralized area, but that's dependent on you rolling Janus, and the odds of that aren't great.

This other guides are misleading
For *No Scope* "As Janus hit at least two enemy Gods with your Ultimate at max Distance" this means you can hit two enemy gods with two different ultimates as long as they are both at max distance, it doesn't have to come from one ult.

Now Janus ult can actually hit across map to the other teams fountain, this does not mean you have to hit them from fountain as the achievement it self is a little misleading. The max distance you have to pass is 500 units as thats when the ult will stop making portals

This can be pretty annoying to get as aiming his ult is really hard to line up the shot, as soon as I got my ultimate I return to fountain and line up my shot and fired. it took me about 8 shots so build max cool downs as with Chornos pendant it's still 60 seconds cooldown. I found it easier to aim straight at a tower

to get a feeling on how long 500 units is hit where there's alot of walls and where the portals stop beyond that point is where you got to hit an enemy god or two.

Reminder: it can be with two different ultimate
