For this, you need your mana from items added to your MP5 from items to be ≥ 600. Mana+MP5 ≥ 600. This is extremely easy to do.
All I did was purchase Blue Boots, Book of Thoth, and Polynomicon (I did not buy a starter item) by time I unlocked this achievement. You will also gain 10 mana per stack on Book of Thoth, so you might earn it even earlier.
If you just buy what I said above (or have a typical mage build), you should unlock this in your first game as her.

Something you'll want to fix in your guide: "mana from items divide by your MP5 from items". That's not mathematical division; that is saying mana and your MP5 combined. In the game, it'll add your MP5 from your items to your mana from items to determine if you reached the 300/500/600 mark for the additional omi.

Fixed it. Didn't understand the wording in the description, but that makes much more sense. My HUD completely vanished early on in the game weirdly enough, so it was hard to figure out what exactly was going on as well
