This is an award given for knocking 3 enemies into the air simultaneously using Vamana's Clear the Path ability.
Once you activate the ability you will charge forward and knock any enemies in front of you into the air. You have some steering control but you take very wide turns so try to activate it when you have a nice cluster to aim at.
Also I deliberately turned off my auto-purchase and put ALL my skills into the specific ability whenever I could.
