This achievement is for pulling 2 or more enemies into Da Ji's Paolao (Her 4) with a single use of your Paolao Ability.
Doing this in arena is the easiest as you can find most people on the other team near each other, and all you will have to do is wait for a team fight to happen and aim your ultimate at two separate people. Try and watch out for people who are using the CC immunity items or ultimates as you have to actually pull them to you and not just chain them.
