When you use you're first spell, you jump on you're cat and are able to move faster. Using it a second time allows to jump ; dealing damage in the area you jump in.

Did you unlock the ingame achievement from Smite though ?
Sincerely, I unlock all my achievement from pc, then log in Xbox to play a game, and that refreshes and unlock all my achievements.
Maybe be sure to have raw damage, in case they die from a dot damage or other source ? (Like from crusher or starting items)
