As Gilgamesh complete the quest obtained at Level 5 while still Level 5.
This will be incredibly easy 95% of the time in an Arena match. Your passive, Epic of Gilgamesh, gives you two quests to complete for a reward, one at level 5 and one at level 10.
When you reach level 5, your quest will be to visit a specific highlighted location on the map. The location is shown by a yellow dot on your mini map, and by a yellow beacon of light on the ground in front of you when you find it.
You simply have to walk to the highlighted location on the map before you reach level 6. There isn't really much advice I can give beyond this, if you're struggling in one match, it'll be a random point on the map so simply try again in the next game. You can also buy some extra movement speed if needed. You can do this in Arena or Assault really easily, but really any mode will do fine.

The Level 5 Quest is to go to the mark area in the map, marked with a small beam. Best to do in arena, but if you are lilke me and just cant find an arena match, like at all, then i recommend joust. Here is a quick video on how to get both Gilgamesh achievements:
