This achievement seems to be glitched, but in a good way.
The achievement says to "kill 10 enemies with the damage from Eagles Rally", but for me, my brother and everyone else I've spoken to, the achievement unlocked after just one kill. Prior to the patch, I had only played Bellona once so it seems unlikely that the achievement is unlocking retroactively.
For the achievement itself, you will need to buy or rent (for 300 favor) Bellona, who is currently one of the best warriors in the game. Once you have her, you need to hit level 5 in-game and then kill an enemy player with her
ability. Eagle's Rally doesn't do a great deal of damage, so wait until you see an enemy with low HP, and try to finish them off.
The ability itself only does damage if the middle of the reticle hits an enemy; the bigger circle only gives buffs to your allies and doesn't affect the enemy Gods at all. The animation for the ability will make Bellona leap forward and plant a flag where the cursor is pointing, it is the flag that will do the damage.
Once you get the finishing blow with the flag, the achievement should unlock.

I can confirm that this achievement is still glitched, unlocked it a little earlier today with only one Eagle Rally kill.

You need to kill a enemy God with your ultimate/4. This can be done over multiple matches.
Your ultimate doesn't do amazing damage and it's also pretty hard to aim.
I suggest playing Arena where everyone is together and maybe letting your team initiate, then you can jump in to do some damage and try to snipe the opponent when they go to escape.
To check progress outside of a match go to your profile and then the "Achievements" section, next go to "Combat Practice" witch is the one with the two swords.

The achievement is currently glitched and unlocks after only one kill with the damage from Eagles Rally (Bellona's ultimate).
In order to earn the achievement you will need to weaken an enemy to very low health and then use your ultimate ability (
) directly on top of the enemy God killing them in the process. You want to drop the kill with the initial rally as the linger damage of being within its radius is extremely low.
