This is easier to do if you are playing with a good team with whom you are communicating. If your team is already very far ahead in levels and you can push the enemy titan to win, simply communicate with your team to hang back and let the enemy team destroy a phoenix. Once they have, push the titan and claim victory.
This can also be done in a close match, but it would be easier to do if the match is not close.

I just unlocked this on the gamemode 'Clash'. Even though the achievement doesn't name it, it DOES work!

When you play a lot of Smite you will eventually get to the scenario where you are down a phoenix and then push back with a well place deicide or killstreak giving you the ability to push back and win the game.
