It's because we got the in game awards before the achievements were added to the game... We made the mistake of getting these done super early lol

Well, sadly, even if you get the award after the achievements were added you don't get the achievement either :/ so no matter what, everyone's a loser! :D

Same here. I literally unlocked it and Water Rises in the same match. Surprisingly I received the water rising achievement but not Release the Kraken. I even emailed HiRez and after filling out that it was for Xbox they asked if I was playing on Steam...seriously???

Guys, calm down, it will unlock retroactively when they fix it. They've only had like 2-3 achievements that have done this in Smite and they've always fixed them with the next patch.

IT's glitched but as Pride said, they always fix it with the next patch which is coming out within the next 2 weeks. The same happened to me. I got Cleanup Crew and water rises then got the in game for Kraken. It will come be patient.

Yes, it will happen this Monday/Tuesday with the Season 3 patch. They always fix it in the next patch.

I actually just unlocked it, hit 3 people and no problem. Played arena and just attempted my ult every time the enemy grouped up

It shows as 100% locked for me. This has happened plenty before, it should just be a case of waiting for it to pop.

I've had quite a few problems with "Done! Unlocking..."-achievements recently that haven't unlocked until I redid the requirements... Trouble with this is one is that it's quite hard to make out if you actually hit 3 enemy gods with it when you already have the in game award unlocked but not the cheevo... Has anyone who done this pre-patch managed to unlock it yet? Last one I need for this patch...

You can't unlock this by redoing it I don't think. I've done it multiple times. It just stayed at Done... Unlocking

Nah, you definitely can't get it to unlock by redoing the requirements. I've done it several times. Hi-Rez has said the achievements are tied to the in-game award, so unless you can get the in-game award to pop again, it's not gonna happen.

Hoping this unlocks soon, mine has been "Done... Unlocking" since the patch.

This morning I checked my achievements and all the stuck ones were set back to 0%, so I'm going to try to get them again

Mine dropped as well but I still have the reward. Am I screwed?

I got this achievement for the first time on 3/13/2016 and it unlocked. Hopefully this means it will be fixed for you all.

how 635 people have this blows my mind. hit 3 or 4 five man krackens in one game. wish they would fix this pos achievement.

If its says "Done! Unlocking..." isn't that a Microsoft end problem? Anyone contact them yet? (Edit: did just that an hour ago)

I've contacted HiRez, and they said that they were aware of it and that they couldn't do anything about it, but Microsoft had been working on the issue for about a month.

Almost 1360 got it now...mine is still glitched though.
I've tried doing it again, didn't work out.

So let's hope that microsoft survey will help unlocking it for good.

Tried to do it again today and it's still locked. I'm giving up on it.

Even after the latest update, the achievement is still 100% unlocking for me. I have the in game Award though, i wonder if Hi-Rez can managed this somehow

My W10 PC just notified me that it unlocked (I did the requirements on Feb 17th) but even after an update on TA it still says locked. Will check my X1 later, too! Finally fixed for me at least?

Mine just unlocked after not playing the game for 5 days while watching several hours of survivor on Amazon Prime TV. Interesting but still, about damn time

My achievement just unlocked randomly while playing Battle Ages. Not sure if it's just coincidence but yesterday was the first day that I hadn't logged into Smite in about 4 months, good luck all...

Both my "Release the Kraken" and "Blighted" achievement popped today. I'm just glad they fixed it. Hope everyone else gets their achievement unlocked too!

was playing overwatch Beta and it popped says unlocked 2-15-16 but not up on TA yet. ALso shows 100% under locked achievements tab but Unlocked when I click on it?

Mine unlocked too, even though I didn't see it. I also got 4 of my "Done! Unlocking..."-achievements in Lords of the Fallen too, but these popped up when I played Gears of War Judgment.

Got on today to verify what everyone else says has happened and what do you know, it says unlocked mid-February.

My response from Hi-rez on their forums,

"It has an issue with it, we mis-configured something in live so it is not working.

We believe we have a fix for it that we will look to push out on Monday/Tuesday next week.
Sorry for the inconvenience." And that was on the 19th. So soon it should be good to go, hopefully.

100% locked, too. Maybe I just have to play as Posi and do it again. It's not very hard at least.

I have gotten 5 of the 6 achievements in this patch (both xing tian ones, both poseidon ones, and let's hug khepri) but they have been "done... unlocking" for several weeks now. Does anyone else have this problem? I can still get achievements from other patches.

Update on mine, I got this day 1 & mine still says Done, Unlocking. It did change for a few days to Locked & 0% but now back to 100% Done, Unlocking. I have contacted Microsoft & followed their sticky here: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4270/... - I suggest we all fill in the survey feedback at the bottom, more of us do this the better. Fingers crossed

Just because they patch the game doesn't mean that they patch everything that's broken. Keep tweeting, emailing, and posting on the forums. If it gets enough visibility then they'll at least respond to us even if they don't fix it.
