As Hera, hit an enemy god will all 3 hits of Royal Assault.
This achievement is currently glitched in a good way, it can be earned on jungle monsters and even minions.
This has now been patched, thank you Weasel Pizza for the update.

Hera's first ability, Royal Assault, damages enemies in a cone in front of her before opening a portal for Argus to attack through from each side. For this achievement, you need to hit an enemy god with the initial cone attack and then with both of Argus' fists as well. Hitting all three in one use of Royal Assault, on one god, will pop this achievement.

I recommend doing this on Arena. Place at least one point into Royal Assault as usual, then sneak up towards the enemy blue mana buff, but stay out of sight. When the enemy gods start attacking the blue, stay put, then when they attack their red buff, walk around behind them and use this ability. They should be distracted enough taking out the buffs that you should be able to get at this.

At the moment, all you need to do to earn this is play arena put at least one point in Royal Assault, run to your buff monsters on the left and wait for them to spawn. Stand right in front of the monster and use Royal Assault, making sure they're hit by the cone and both fists. This will then pop.
This will likely be patched at a later date.
