Happily, achivement is glitch for now. Dunno if it will stay like this...but you actually need only 1 kill in order to unlock it ! :)
All you got to do is build a little damage, and when you see a low enemy getting away, you ult ! :)

I killed like 12 today with Fire Shards but it didn't unlock!

1.) Build for cooldown first.
1a.) Chronos Pendant early on for best cooldown.
1b.) Currently there are starter items. I recommend Sands of Time for cooldown.
2.) At some point as it gets into late mid game or even late game you will want to ramp up your damage.
2a.) Rod of Tahuti for its bonus extra damage at low health
2b.) Soul Reaver for its 2% health damage on ability hit.
You may most likely get those in that orders, but should feel out which works best for you.
Your other items can very as you may want Sphinx's Bauble for extra cooldown (raises cap from 40% to 60%).
I recommend potentially getting Cloak of Meditation as it upgrades into Cloak of Ascetic which gives .5 seconds off cooldowns per pulse. Just know that currently doing that isn't meta so you may have some issues against players.
I will note that at time of posting this it does appear that killing bots in Medium Conquest or Medium Arena counts towards completion for this. Those modes are not supposed to, so that is currently an unpatched bug that may be useful to players trying to get this.

Currently glitched and unlocks after only one kill with the ability.
Nu Wa's ultimate ability is to fly into the air and unleash a single shot on each enemy God anywhere on the map. The ultimate does not do a lot of damage compared to other ultimates, but late game it can do significant damage if Nu Wa is built with damage. That being said keeping an eye on enemy health levels is a good way to secure kills with Nu Wa's ultimate.
