How to unlock the Spreading Strife achievement in SMITE - Definitive Guide
Strife is Discordia's second ability. It is an Area of Effect ability and affect a rectangular area in front of you. If a single enemy god is in this area when you use the ability, they are damaged and rooted for 1s. If more than one enemy god is n this area, they will turn on each other and attack each other for 1s.
All you have to do for this achievement is use this ability on a set of 2 enemy gods at once, to make them fight each other, and do this three times in a single match.
I recommend attempting this on Arena, as usual, as enemies are more likely to bunch up. Once again, as you don't need to kill the enemy gods with this ability, I recommend building cooldown reduction items so you can use this ability more often, such as Chronos Pendant, Breastplate of Valour (you get extra mana with this item as well which is always useful as a mage), or Spear of Desolation (if you want a bit more magical power and penetration instead of protections, also the passive of this item takes 1 second off all your ability cooldowns if you get a kill or assist on an enemy god)
As soon as I get this achievement, or if someone else submits a video, I'll add it to this guide.
For this achievement you need to play as Discordia and use the Strife ability to turn two enemy gods against each other three times in a single match.
Strife is the second ability (), which is an area of effect in the shape of a rectangle in front of you. If you get an enemy in this area when you use the ability they will be damaged and rooted for 1s. If you happen to get two enemies in the area at the same time then they will end up attacking each other for 1s.
So, all that is needed is for you two land this attack on two enemy gods at once so they'll attack each other, and then do that three times in a single match for the achievement. Once again, Arena will be your best bet for this since there are more chances for enemies to group up and be able to get bunched up in the rectangle for this attack.
