Calydonian Boar is Artemis' Ultimate.
This can be done in any mode with at least 3 players on the other team but I recommend Arena.
1) Select Artemis as your god.
2) Play the match as usual and unlock 'Calydonian Boar' at level 5.
3) Get near at least 3 enemies.
4) Call in your boar and it should unlock if it attacks three enemies.

As Artemis your ultimate/4 is a AOE from the point you're standing when you activate it.
You summon an animal that will bounce around in that AOE to each enemy dealing damage and stunning them for a brief moment.
Getting this achievement is super easy, just run up to a group of enemies and activate it. During a team fight this is useful anyway, you should get this done like five times over in a single match but you only need to do it once.

This is done by using Artemis’ ultimate ‘Calydonian Boar.' Again, Arena is best suited as enemies tend to group up more in this game mode.
When your ultimate is ready and there is a group of three or more enemy gods together, let your ultimate loose to release your boar. If three enemies are stunned, then the achievement should unlock.
