Just got this one this morning. It's relatively easy but will require a bit of luck. My advice would be to get this in arena, it's much easier to get people to clump together in this mode.
Simply select Thor, and wait until there are 3 or more enemies in a line and use his
ability. Might be easier to work with a team and try and draw the enemies closer to each other.

In most games of arena many teams send 3-5 players after the right camps from your spawn.
Wait for them to be focused on killing the camp and hit the clumped players the rift ability. Successfully doing so will net you the achievement in the first 30 seconds or so of the match starting.

Thor's 
ability is hit tectonic rift. It is possible to grab this legitimately in joust, arena, assault, siege or conquest although getting three enemies to group in close enough proximity to stun them all is highly unlikely.
It is possible to wait for enemies grouped at buffs in the beginning of arena to secure a quick hit.
