As Osiris, land your ultimate on three or more enemy gods.
Lord of the Afterlife is a small area of effect leap, dealing great damage and nullifying heals for the next six seconds. Because the area is so small, even grouped up enemies are often just scattered enough for one to slip away. Your best bet is to team up with gods that have abilities or ultimates that group them up for you. Ares is the natural choice, I got mine with Hades.

Osiris' ultimate is a leap ability that has a 15 unit radius, which means the enemies have to be pretty close to each other. Can be done in any game mode but Arena is best because the enemies are grouped up 95% of the time.
