Hou Yi is a Hunter. You can purchase him with favor, or rent him, if you do not own the God Pack. You do need your ultimate ability for this achievement, so make sure you level up to 5 first.
When an enemy is affected by Mark of the Golden Crow (
if you use default controls), it makes your other three abilities have additional affects.
First, mark an enemy with Mark of the Golden Crow by pressing and targeting them. You can tell who you have marked because they will have a gold bird symbol above their head.
Now:
Stun them using your first ability, Ricochet (
on default controls). This applies a stun.
Quickly jump on them with your third ability, Divebomb (
). You must land ON them, not just near them. This will apply a knock-back.
Drop your ultimate, Sunbreaker, on them by pressing
. This will apply a slow.
These 3 steps can be done in any order, and must be done within 5 seconds. A lot of times it makes more sense to slow an enemy before trying to stun and knock them back, so use your best judgment.
This can be done in any game mode since you only need one enemy.

KBop a doo's solution is greatly detailed, so this solution of mine is just an example that how I got this achievement along with some basic information.
1. Pick Hou Yi (Hunter class) either buying it or when he is selective in free rotation.
2. Load up any game mode. I chose a Arena match.
3. Before you can even try this combo, make sure that you are at least lvl 5.
4. Priority targets that I recommend for this combo is a melee type enemy characters. They just rush towards you so they will not most likely even try to dodge this combo.
5. You will probably die if you use this combo but the chevo will unlock if you nail it in a right order before dying.
6. This is the combo that I used (in default controls):.
