“As Achilles, heal 12 times in a single use of Radiant Glory.“

Radiant Glory is the second ability of Achilles.
In order to get a heal, you have to deal damage to enemies with your abilities while Radiant Glory is active. It is active for 6 seconds, and as well as this heal, you will gain bonus physical power, physical protections and crowd control reductions.

You get a single heal for damaging one enemy with your abilities, while Radiant Blessing is active. At the first rank of Radiant Blessing, you can have two heals maximum per ability. So, hit two or more enemies with one ability and you will get two heals. At max rank of Radiant Glory, you will get a maximum of 4. So in order to get this achievement, at Radiant Glory max rank, you will need to hit 4 enemies (gods or minions) 3 times in 6 seconds with any combination of your abilities.

Max out your Radiant Glory, but only put 1 point into each other ability, including your ult. Run up to a full wave of minions, activate your Radiant Glory. Hit them all with your 1st ability, activate your third and dash backwards then walk a few steps forward and strike forward up the line of minions (may need to hit the button you use for this ability again in order to strike), then use your ult to dash forward, straight through all the minions. This should get you all the heals you need. You can be at full health, and you do not need to hit any enemy gods.

In terms of items, you could build cooldown items such as Gladiators Shield, Breastplate of Valour and Jotunn's Wrath in order to reduce the time between uses of this ability and all others while the Radiant Glory blessing is active.

I suggest attempting this in Arena. Enemies group up quite a lot, and in Arena you can run around the buff monsters and sneak up on enemies if you're careful enough.

This video confirms that you do not need to have lost any health and actually get healed by Radiant Glory, and that it work on all enemies including minions, not just gods.
I just earned this achievement myself yesterday, the exact way that KBop did.

Achilles' heal is tied to his second ability, which is a self buff. The achievement states that you must heal 12 times in the single use of his second ability, which last 6 seconds. Achilles' second ability is also capped at how many instances of healing he can receive, based on what level the ability is at. At rank 5, Achilles' self buff has a potential to heal up to 4 times depending on how many enemies you hit with your ability. This means that in order to heal 12 times, you must hit at least 4 enemies with each of Achilles' other 3 abilities.

The most ideal way to get this achievement is to go into arena and max out his second ability first. At level 9 Achilles' first ability should be at rank 2, his second ability should be rank 5, his third ability should be rank 1 and his ultimate should be rank 1. If you reach level 9 and have this exact ability level up order, you can complete the achievement. Go up to a minion wave, activate his second ability, use his dash and hit at least 4 minions in the wave, then shield bash the minion wave making sure to hit at least 4 minions and then lastly ultimate the wave, again making sure to hit at least 4 minions.

The reason why you want to level up the second ability right away is not only because you need it to be max rank to get the achievement, but if you level up Achilles' other abilities (even after getting his second ability to rank 5) its likely that you will do too much damage to the minion wave and kill the minions before you can hit the wave with all 3 abilities. For this reason, if you are doing this achievement in Arena, build defense so that you have virtually no scaling on abilities and if you don't get the achievement at level 9, I would refrain from leveling up your abilities further until you get the achievement.

In summary:
1. Pick Achilles in Arena
2. Make sure to max out Achilles' second ability first, also making sure his other 3 abilites are at least rank 1. (This is first possible at level 9)
3. Make sure to not buy items with physical power or level up his other abilities too high where you do so much damage to the minion wave that using all 3 abilities is impossible without clearing the wave. (I would recommend not leveling up any other abilities after level 9 until the achievement is obtained.)
4. The best way to complete the achievement requirement is to activate the 2, use your dash and throw the spear through the entire minion wave, then use your shield bash to hit the entire minion wave, then lastly, ultimate through the minion wave.
