The Hands of Time:
As Chronos, get a kill with each quadrant in your passive, Wheel of Time.

Wheel of time is your passive that activates every time you use you second skill (). The skill itself gives you attack speed and movement speed for a short time and stops the clock. The clock has four cuadrants:

1-Health Regen
2-No cost in mana for skills
3-Magic Damage
4-Magic Damage turn into phisical damage

Good news!, the achievement is "kinda" glitched in your favor as you don't need a kill in each cuadrant with basic attacks.

Even better, you don't even have to deliver the final blow. This can be done by minions, a tower or your base, as long as the kill credits goes to you.

I uploaded the clip when I got my last kill, as you can see I pathetically missed all my shots but the tower finished him off, and gave me credit for the kill (As I was the last one to have hitted him) and the achievement (and award)
