As Lancelot, reach max stacks of Camelot's Quest during a single match.
Camelot’s Quest is Lancelot’s passive ability. For every god kill or assist, you gain one stack and for every 5 minions kills, you gain 1 stack. Your aim is to reach 60 stacks in a match.
This you’ll naturally get over time in a game as long as you’re taking out minions and getting kills. This would be almost impossible in Arena unless you're destroying people, so this is best attempted in a longer game mode, such as Conquest or Slash, as you’ll have more focused minion kills and can also work on killing your opponent, rather than having to share minions with other gods.

The description is wrong, and almost impossible to get in arena.
You get 1 stack every 5 minion and 1 per god/ assist. So getting the full 60 stack is either 300 minions killed or 60 god.
