As Charybdis, reset your ultimate two or more times in a single use.
Charybdis' ult is similar to her sister Scylla, in that when you get a kill with it, your ult resets and you can use it again.
For this achievement, you need to get at least 2 kills with your ultimate in a single use. After the first kill, you get 6 more seconds in your ult to get another kill, then this repeats.
Really, this will be about your build, as the move itself is relatively straightforward and does a lot of damage on its own.
Building power and penetration items will help you with the sheer amount of damage you can do. I'd also recommend doing this in Arena, as people tend to group up more, making it easier to get a multi-kill.

You get this achievement if you kill 1 god and then kill 2 or more minions. I got this so.
