The actual description for the achievement is as follows:
Cupid's first ability ( or 1) is his Heart Bomb. While the description leaves a bit to interpretation, you must kill three enemies with a single heart bomb explosion. During our session we attempted to net the achievement with three separate heart bomb kills but it did not pop the achievement. This means you will need to have three weak enemies all in extremely close proximity to each other and kill them with the single explosion.

Earning this achievement legitimately will prove to be a monstrous task. There are very few occasions where enemies with be grouped together in numbers of three or more, and even less likely will they all be low enough health wise to die from a single heart bomb explosion.

Here is a clip of me getting it. Having Hades pull them close together helped a lot!

With the current queue system (as of May 2021), this can be boosted in Ranked Joust along with any other difficult achievement that doesn't require more than 3 enemies. Simply get two teams of three together, and have everyone set their region to "Japan", which you can do while you're in the menu for picking a map to play. Then search each other out at the same time, and you should more than likely find each other. Ideally none of you are placed in Ranked, as you must be close to each other in Rank in order to search. If that's the case you can probably still find each other in normal Joust using the same method.

Note that there can't be any duplicate gods between both teams, so plan accordingly. In this case, make sure you get Cupid, as no one else will be able to play him. Have your boosting buddies group up, get them to very low health, and use your Heart Bomb. Achievement Unlocked, and suffering avoided!

This method helped me complete this game after years of missing just a few achievements. Hopefully this helps some others out too! If the method doesn't seem to work for you (like if they change the queue system, or remove the ability to change your region), leave a comment!

best way to get this is in arena with either ares, or xing tian on your team when they ult throw your 1 (heart bomb) at the enemy they obviously need to hit at least 3 god with their ultimate. anyone who can bunch them up for you is ideal
