As Horus, heal an allied god below 15% health with your third ability.
Horus' third ability is called Protectors Surge. When used, target an ally that is relative close to you (although the range is pretty good) and you'll fly towards that ally. Upon reaching them, the selected ally and all nearby allies will have a portion of their health restored (which increases with each level) and gain protections for 3s. Best attempted in Arena, simply keep an eye out for low health allies, especially those running away. If you see someone with very low health, use you ability and fly forward to them (be aware that it may take a second or two for you to reach you ally). Once you reach them, they will automatically get a heal and if they were under 15% health, you'll pop the achievement.
