How to unlock the The Slow Dance achievement in SMITE - Definitive Guide

This achievement is with Chaac. All you have to do is activate the rain dance and just walk near three gods with it on. I did it in arena in a minute.

The description for earning the achievement is as follows:
As Chaac slow three or more enemy gods with Rain Dance
Rain Dance is Chaac's third ability. There are two ways to activate this ability: The first is by simply pressing the button you have assigned to this third ability, or you can use your first ability to throw the hammer and then activate rain dance to create a large circle over the site of the axe.

The second approach is the one I personally used as I was able to wait behind the wall in arena while the enemy team did their buff camps and caught the whole team with one rain dance.
