Ok so this one is a bit confusing, especially if you've never used the character before. What you first need to do is get hit 20 times until the icon below to the left of your health/mana meter looks like mine does. Next head to three teammates and use the 
based move and heal once three allied gods are in your aura (they'll glow blue) and hit 
. If they're all inside and the little totem thing is glowing then the achievement should unlock shortly after.
EDIT: I should also mention that if you die, it resets to 0.

It's kind of annoying too. I am pretty sure, you can't heal allies with full health, so it's about timing them in the little circle + they have taken damage. I did it multiple times with one or two with full health, no achievement, but then I saw a oppertunity, and got it.

That's the thing with online only games like SMITE, it's all random chance.

Guan Yu's 
ability is a heal with a small radius around him. In order to fully charge your passive you need to get hit until your passive icon on the bottom left of the screen fills with blood and is dripping. At this point simply gather 3 or more of your teammates together and use your heal to earn the achievement. This may be best done in assault or arena as people tend to gather together often.
