When you transform in the turtle (first transformation) (*Works likes Sun Wukong), you get a shield and rush forward. You can move around, but it's pretty hard to control in this form. Each time you hit a new enemy god, you can knock him up. Try hitting three and this is yours.

I got the in game award for this but the achievement didn't pop, any one else have this issue?

Didn't try it yet. But Smite has the fun of creating a special achievement per dlc that is glitch. So, you get the award but not the achievement ! ahah
Let's hope it is only temporary and won't be like this for months like "Release the Kraken"...
