As Tsukuyomi, kill an enemy using the Caltrop damage from Silver Moon Caltrops.
Silver Moon Caltrops is Tsukuyomi’s third ability. When activated, a number of caltrops are summoned and placed on the ground in front of Tsukuyomi. These caltrops damage all enemies in the area and slow them for 2.5 seconds. Enemies who move inside this Caltrop field take extra damage and are slowed again.
You have to kill and enemy with the damage from these caltrops.
As they don’t hit particularly hard, this achievement will likely be down to your build, increasing your physical damage and penetration.
A suggested build is as follows: Warrior Tabi, The Crusher, Hydra’s Lament, Arondight, Heartseeker, Serrated Edge.
Any game mode should be fine to get this, so play your favourite.

As a tip, it's easier if you combine this with your Ult. I was able to get both achievements in one match by waiting for a team fight, staying back and once they all gathered used my ult.
since it leaves you in the position of the last enemy you hit, you can throw the caltrops in the floor there. Most of the enemies will allready have been damaged.
I think this skill is more useful once team fights are ending than beginning.
