Where's My Kitties?
As Bastet release 45 cats using your Ultimate in a single match.
— Bastet's ultimate summons three cats, with a cooldown of 90 seconds.
→ You have to use your ultimate 15 times to earn the achievement. If you don't build any cooldown reduction, you will get the achievement in 23 minutes from the moment you get your level 5 if you use your ult each time as soon as it is up.

I just wanted to add that the achievement is tied to her 3rd ability and not the ultimate anymore

Release 45 kitties with your ult
I did this in a arena match using ninja tabi boots, breastplate of valor, genji's guard, blackthorn hammer,soul eater and last Qins sai's and i used the relic bracer of undoing upgrade to speed it a bit more as soon as its charged jump and launch your ult and you should get it in a good length match with these upgraded cool downs use the bracer relic to tick seconds off
