These must be 20 unique ship parts. The total is cumulative across all Campaigns and Save Files you have.

To craft a ship part, you need to go to the Upgrade Menu (hit from the Mission Select menu). In here, you will see many upgrade options available for your ship. The parts required for the upgrades can be earned by completing Missions. You need to craft 20 unique ship parts to unlock the trophy. Just to reiterate, you cannot craft the same ship part 20 times. It must be 20 separate, unique ship parts.

Once you have crafted the 20th ship part, the trophy will unlock.
