When you first start the Campaign, you will have to buy a Hovercraft from Garmuk for 140,000 Credits. At the end of the first day (5 Missions), he will ask for his first payment on the Hovercraft. Deny him his payment. He will send his Bounty Hunters after you and the trophy will unlock.

DO NOT CONTINUE with the Campaign if you are still working on other trophies when you do this. Garmuk will tell you that if you pay what is owed to him, he will call off his Bounty Hunters. This is not true and not only will he not call them off, they will drastically increase the difficulty of the Missions as the Campaign progresses. For this reason, just back out of the game and start a new Campaign.
