This can be done in Online Multiplayer or Local, 2-4 Players. You need to win one race while the slipstream is active as you cross the finish line. The slipstream is like the "draft" in other racing games. You need to drive directly behind someone in front of you so you have less resistance on your car and thus will go faster. In this game, you get a boost that will shoot you forward for about 3 seconds. Cross the finish line in 1st place while this boost is active to unlock the trophy.
