To earn this achievement, you need to use Hummingbird's tail lift 100 times.
Very easy to do once you know the conditions of the achievement. Simply load up any level and press the
button for Hummingbird to lift up Noodle's tail, then press it again to drop it. Rinse and repeat 100 times.

Clarification: mashing Y works, no need to wait for animations or anything.

To unlock this achievement all you have to do is use the hummingbird's tail lift ability that you unlock later in the game 100 times.
