How to unlock the Snake Eyes achievement in Snake Pass - Definitive Guide

Unlocks after finishing the final level, level 15. You will be given the ability to see where your remaining collectibles are on a level by pressing in RS. Once you obtain the ability, go to any level and use the snake vision.

The Snake Vision unlocks after beating Level 15 and this achievement is for using it first time? Right?

That's correct. And it still pops even if you have every collectible already.
