How to unlock the Dedicated soldier achievement in Sniper Elite 3 - Definitive Guide
60 War Diaries, 22 Sniper Nest, 20 Collectible Cards, 18 optional Objectives, 15 Weapon Upgrades, 8 Long Shots
I will post here a full Collectibles Guide included all optional Objectives. I have only one Video for all. In the Game (Mainmenue and Ingame) you have a detailed Overview (except Weapon Upgrades) which Kind of Item / Objectives you have and which not. All Collectibles / Objectives are immediately saved, so you can quit out the Mission once you have collected what you want.
Gaberoun

Fort Rifugio
Siwa Oasis
Kassarine Pass
Pont Du Fahs Airfield
Ratte Factory

In total there are 60 diaries, 22 sniper nests, 20 cards, 15 weapon parts, and 8 longshots. Diaries and cards will always be where they are marked with no exceptions. Longshot targets never move so it does not matter if the entire rest of the map is alerted, if you miss or hit him several times, etc.
Also required for this achievement are completing all of the optional objectives in each mission. I always completed/discovered these by accident while simply completing the primary objectives and searching out collectibles, so you should not have much difficulty getting those done in the course of chasing collectibles around.
Weapon parts are all found by looting enemies, but fortunately, the same enemy always holds these parts. Some enemies are stationary and some are mobile, but their locations will only mean anything if the area is not alerted to you. Once they start dashing around, hiding, and attacking, all bets are off. Fuck knows where your weapon part went.
Rings indicate that there is more information, so read on below the image if you need help.

This achievement will require you to:
- Complete all 8 campaign missions
- Find all 125 collectibles (including Weapon Upgrades)
- Complete all 18 Optional Objectives
For a detailed guide that shows all collectibles available within the game, please CLICK HERE. While playing through the game, it is also important that you complete all optional objectives required during the campaign. Some are extremely straight forward, and some are necessary in order to attain some of the miscellaneous achievements. Whenever a new optional objective is assigned, it will show up in the top left corner of your screen, and you can view it by accessing the pause screen which also shows the map. You can choose to make the optional objectives "active" and most of their positions will be displayed on the map, and also marked with an icon in-game. You are free to revisit any missions at any time to pick up missed collectibles or complete optional objectives.
You can check your progression at the mission select screen, or under Statistics in the Service Record. It will also show individual collectibles sorted by campaign missions, however it will not show weapon upgrades.
While going for this achievement you will also unlock multiple other achievements for getting collectible sets and completing optional objectives.
Glitched Achievement Note: Some players have reported that the achievement has not unlocked even though they have 100% completion according to the menu trackers which will display a percentage that includes the weapon upgrades as well as optional objectives. This issue seems to happen most often for those initially playing in co-op mode as the game does not properly track collectibles between certain players, or players who quit early. At the moment, there is no fix for this, but it is recommended that you either:
- Go through the game again, and re-do all collectibles and optional objectives.
- Delete your game save, and start over.
