You are awarded this achievement for successfully reaching the command tent without being detected and without killing any enemies. They can become suspicious, however, if they hear a noise (a yellow circle above their heads) but if they spot you, that circle turns red and you have been seen. It is recommended that you manual save periodically so if you are seen, you can just load your last save.

The command tent is located in the center of the stronghold, just west of the “Set fire to the garrison’s food supplies” optional objective and southeast of the middle sniper nest (both circled in red below). A star appears on the command tent as you get near to it.

It is best to do this on Cadet difficulty. From the spawn point, you want to bypass the main gate (as there are two guards there). Sneak past the gate and continue along the path to the right (up an incline) until you reach the northern corner of the stronghold. There is a hole in the wall here, so drop down into the room. As you exit, there are two guards talking in a courtyard. Sneak to the left and post behind the wall until they stop talking. One guard will walk towards you and to the left, so follow him silently along his path. Break off that path to the right and continue around and you will come upon three more guards. They immediately turn away from you so continue along the road and turn left into an opening. Drop down and exit to the right. Be careful as there is a patrolling guard in front of you and overhead that may see you. Avoid him, walk through the arches and you will be in the area of the command tent.

There is one guard in front of it and another guard off to the left. It’s best to throw a rock to distract them both, and when they walk away, quickly enter the tent, unlocking the achievement.

It is recommended that you manual save periodically in case you are detected. That way, you can just load your last save instead of starting the mission over again.
