Simply wait for Hitler to get up and get in his car, then move to the nearby bridge. While he’s driving away, shoot the back of the car twice where you would normally expect a license plate to be. It may be helpful to bring along armor piercing rounds in your loadout.

Similar to the trophy "In the Middle", you must wait for Hitler to finish speaking to the officer. Once he enters his car to drive off, wait for him to go under the bridge between the vantage points. The weak spot of his car is located slightly under the trunk, and must be shot twice in order to cause the explosion.

Tip: If you're having trouble getting the second shot off into the weak spot, use armor piercing ammo. It still works against Hitler's car so it'll kill the car within one shot.
